Sinopsis :

Echa, Cacha, Revan, dan Rangga, penyuka segala hal yang kuno dan mistis, membantu proses penyembuhan seorang anak kecil yang kerasukan. Sukses mereka ini lalu diterbitkan dalam blog mereka: Jampi-jampi. Di tempat lain, Pak Rebo, manajer hotel Mary's Inn, bertekad ingin berhenti. Shasi, pemilik hotel warisan dari ayahnya, terpaksa mengurus hotel tersebut sendirian. Masalahnya, sejak ayah Shasi meninggal dunia, penunggu hotel yang bernama Mary sering menunjukan penampakan dan menakut-nakuti seisi hotel, hingga hotel tersebut tidak laku. Shasi, yang punya indra keenam, mengambil keputusan untuk tetap berada di hotel itu, meski dia tahu harus menghadapi ketakutannya akan penampakan-penampakan di hotel tersebut. Tetapi, dia juga bisa menemukan cara untuk mengatasi patah hatinya setelah ditinggal tunangannya. Hal pertama yang dilakukannya adalah memanggil pengusir setan. Dia menemukan blog Jampi-jampi, dan memanggil Chaca, Revan dan Rangga. Mary's Inn menyimpan satu kamar angker yaitu kamar 207. Di kamar itu sering terdengar suara perempuan menangis dan benda-benda di situ bisa bergerak sendiri. Arwah yang ada di hotel itu adalah arwah pengantin yang bunuh diri bernama Mary. Mary dulunya warga keturunan Belanda yang melawan kehendak orangtuanya dengan menyintai orang pribumi. Pada saat hari pernikahannya, pengantinnya tidak datang. Mary pun bunuh diri dengan menggunakan baju pengantin. Sejak itu, Mary lebih banyak menakut-nakutin laki-laki di hotel itu. Dan juga merasuki tubuh orang tsb dan membuatnya menyakiti diri sendiri. Terutama, mereka yang masih single. Ruangan yang cukup besar itu memunculkan teror sedikit demi sedikit. Ketika Echa dkk berniat pergi, mereka selalu kembali ke ruang itu. Mereka juga tidak bisa saling melihat, dan ada kalanya temannya tampak ganda. Puncaknya, Shasi dirasuki oleh Mary dan ingin bunuh diri seperti yang Mary lakukan dulu. Akhirnya arwah Mary berhasil dikeluarkan dari tubuh Shasi oleh Chaca, Revan, and Rangga.
